What is the Planet Action Kit (PAK)??

'Planet Action Kit' is a monthly subscription box designed by a teacher and ecologist team and supporting the National Curriculum to engage children in environmental issues and be inspired by the natural world and all that is in it to make positive changes for the world.

Who is it for?

Primary-aged children (4-11yrs) enrolled in a traditional school setting or following a more alternative learning pathway. To aid your home-learning journey or for more structured fun at home for all the family to be involved in. Learn through play and love your planet!

Why is it important?

'Planet Action Kit' is the culmination of years of experience in education and ecology conservation and a passion for communicating environmental issues with the next generation for a more positive impact on our planet and all that thrives on our beautiful world.

PAK is the perfect accessory for the proactive and eco-conscious home educator, parent/carer, friend or relative.

We are relationship driven and so our product is personalised with additional opportunities to connect and build friendships. We are keen to expand the circle to reach as wide an audience as possible by partnering with charitable causes through donations and support schemes.

How does it work?

All you do is order on our webshop from as a one time purchase or rolling monthly subscription which you can cancel at any time. Each month we create a seasonal monthly box with relevant seasonal activities for you and your child(ren) to do together. Boxes are shipped on the 1st and 15th of each month depending on when you order.

How long will the activities take?

The activities should be enough to entertain for several half-day sessions throughout the month. We have carefully chosen props for each activity so that they are long-lasting, useful and enjoyed for multiple play/learning sessions, in line with our ethos of reuse and sustainability.

How much does a box cost?

PAK costs £12.95 +P&P (£2.50 in UK). Your PAK can be eco-wrapped for a little extra.See our shop for all the options!

How much is postage?

Postage and packing is a standard UK charge of £2.50.

Where do you deliver?

We ship to all countries within the EU. Extra postage charges may apply to those outside mainland UK.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@planetandpeople.co.uk . You will still receive any boxes that you paid for before cancelling.

How can I update my personal details?

If you ever want to make any changes to your address or bank details you can do so at any time by emailing us on hello@planetandpeople.co.uk.

Is PAK eco-friendly?

We strongly support the environment and encourage our Planet & People community to follow a nature-friendly ethos by keeping waste to a minimum and reducing, reusing and recycling, living more lightly on this beautiful Earth. We try to minimise the impact on the environment when creating our boxes by sourcing natural and plastic free materials and packaging where possible and using certified organic seeds and organic peat free compost pellets. All our packaging is compostable where possible. We're keen to support local and sustainable businesses and spend time researching the most eco-friendly options for our Planet Action Kits and other Planet & People products.
